Sisters Elisa Kovacic and Samantha McDonald founded Cirque-it, Work-it Circus School with a shared vision of raising the next generation of circus performers. Drawing on their combined experience as professional artists, educators, and producers, they built a school that blends world-class training with a supportive, family-first atmosphere. Together, they are passionate about empowering young performers to dream big, grow their skills, and shine both on and off the stage.

Rebecca is Cirque-it, Work-it's head coach. With over a decade of teaching experience, Rebecca is an expert in teaching acrobatics, aerial, flexibility and dance. She is a graduate of George Brown College's Commercial dance program and is certified in Acrobatic Arts, Alexia Flexibility, Aerial Arts, and Cirque Centre Teacher's certification. 

Toria began her journey as an award-winning competitive dancer and acrobat. Over the years she has become a certified acrobatics coach and is proud to share that she received her title as a BATD Acro/Gymnastics Associate with Honours, as well as a JS Creations Certified Contortion Coach. She is now a professional contortionist, and in her spare time when she is not performing she loves to teach the next generation of cirque performers! 

Maya is a multi-talented artist. She has a bachelor of design, is a professional performer and is a teacher at Cirque-it, Work-it. Maya is certified in Cirque Center's Teacher's Aerial Course and Aerial Arts. She is a dedicated teacher with a strong passion for helping others. We are so happy to have Maya on our team. 

Amy is an aerial and recovery coach at Cirque-it, Work-it. She is certified in Cirque Center's Teacher's Aerial Course and has a strong background in Kinesiology, strength and recovery. She has worked for well known athletic companies such as Joga and is a professional troupe member of Cirque Revolution. Amy is thrilled to be passing on her skills to the next generation.

Kat is a classically trained ballet dancer, with aerial circus training sprinkled on top.  Using all of her training, she enjoys sharing her passion and enthusiasm of movement with her students.  She is really excited to return to teaching and help each student reach their goals.

Welcome Ms. Hannah back to the team! Hannah is a multi-talented teacher with a background in dance, acrobatics and circus. Hannah is a professional performer with a background in Kinesiology. We are thrilled to have Hannah back teaching with our team! 

Welcome, Coach Haley!
We’re thrilled to welcome Haley back to CIWI! A graduate of L'École Nationale de Cirque in Montreal, Haley is an incredible all-around performer specializing in tramp wall and hoop diving, with a strong background in tumbling, aerial, and general circus arts. We’re so excited to have her in the studio!

Gillian has a background in competitive gymnastics and was a gymnast for over a decade before starting at CIWI in the ITP program. She loves sharing her passion for aerial and acro with her students and is certified in Cirque Center's Teacher's Aerial Course. Outside of circus, Gillian also studies physics at the University of Toronto.
